AFI is the sole owner of this Web site (www.agapefoundationsinc.com). You agree that AFI may terminate your access privileges to the members only portion of this Site if AFI believes that you have violated any of the provisions in these Terms. These Terms of Use represent the entire agreement between you and AFI. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms to be invalid, the invalid provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions in these Terms.
